In 2009, Mo Pandoria opened the very first IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty location in Charlotte, NC. Drawing on his deep experience in the retail and hospitality industries, he grew IDOLIZE from a single spa into a fast-growing franchise brand with locations across North Carolina, Texas, New Hampshire, and Florida. Mo is deeply involved in every franchise relationship, offering direct founder access that sets IDOLIZE apart from larger franchisors.

Leads franchise development strategy and partners directly with prospective owners through every step of the discovery process.
